Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and purchased directly from our website.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email with your order number and relevant details.

• For any damaged, defective, or non-working product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the issue.

• For an exchange, customers may be required to place a new order, after which we will authorize the return of the previous product.

Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.

• Once the returned product is received and successfully verified, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• If your refund has not been processed after the specified timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after placing an order

• Dissatisfaction with the product price

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

• Products that have been used, altered, or returned without their original packaging

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

A clear and continuous unboxing video is compulsory for all claims related to product damage, defects, missing items, or products not working as expected.

We recommend recording the unboxing from the moment the package is received until the product has been fully unpacked. This helps us verify the issue and resolve your request as quickly as possible.
